Dear IHM Family,
Because of the expected bad weather on Thursday, some volunteers got a head start on decorating the church, and we will cancel the Thursday decorating session. We will still need help on
- Wednesday at 10 am (especially with moving the Nativity scene figures down from the second-floor storage, but with other items as well), and
- Friday at 10 am (to finish setting up the Nativity and placing the flowers around the church.
If you are able to help, please let us know below so the coordinator can plan accordingly.

Secondly, please note the schedule for Christmas:
Saturday, December 24
- 9 am - daily Advent Mass (not Christmas)
- NO CONFESSIONS at 2:30 pm (last scheduled confessions before Christmas are at 6:15 pm on Thursday)
- 3:30 pm - Childrens' Nativity Play
- 4 pm - Christmas Vigil Mass
- 6: 30 pm - Christmas Vigil Mass - no incense
- 11:15 pm - Caroling with the Choir
Sunday, December 25
- 12 midnight - Christmas Mass during the Night
- 10 am - Christmas Mass
- 1 pm - Misa de Navidad (Christmas Mass in Spanish)
Please note that for the weekend of December 31 and January 1 (the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God), we will have the regular weekend schedule.
Weekday Masses continue as normally scheduled, but the parish office will be closed December 23-26 and on January 2. We will have limited staff (both office staff and clergy) between December 27 and January 3. Any bulletin announcements for the weekend of January 1 need to be submitted by 9 am on December 22 (this Thursday).
